With over a decade in the industry, we will assist with all areas necessary to make your day beautiful and seamless including finding a venue, all your trusted vendors, logistics of your wedding day schedule and set-up of all your final details.

Our premium planning service offers the most personalized attention as we guide you from start to finish in the wedding design and planning process. It includes unlimited vendor assistance, design , floor plan, custom itinerary, a total of 6 planning meetings, site visit, rehearsal and wedding management. We highly recommend this package for busy clients starting from the beginning of the planning process. Why choose where you need help with when there is this all-encompassing package? Enjoy your engagement and your wedding day with all your loved ones by leaving your planning to a wedding professional. Perfect for medium-large weddings.

Includes wedding management, design, budget assistance and assistance with unlimited vendors! Begins immediately (up to 1.5 years prior to the wedding date)

Inquire about Micro Weddings (under 50 guests) / Large weddings (over 150 guests) require an additional assistant for the wedding day to ensure flow and set-up

Partial Planning

For those couples that have some of their vendors already picked out but looking for that extra hand to make sure everything comes together (especially for those vendors you aren't too sure about or haven't had the time to look into). Or for those that would like a helping hand of a planner but tight on your budget. 

Ensure your day is stress-free and exactly as you imagined. This Partial Planning package allows you to customize where you need assistance along the way which includes event design and execution, floor plan layout and 5 planning meetings. This package is perfect for the couple that has secured a venue, date and some vendors but needs help filling in the gaps with remaining vendors and pulling a cohesive look together. Essential for weddings of over 100 guests. Cherish your wedding day with a professional hand to guide the process and the wedding day!

Begins up to 1 year prior. Includes wedding management, consultations and assistance with 3 vendor areas!

Wedding Management

Plan your wedding day and let us make sure it unfolds as your imagine! This is perfect for the bride and groom who have booked all of their vendors but don't want the stress of executing their vision in the weeks prior to their big day. We step in 6 weeks before and ensure your day runs seamlessly so you can actually enjoy your wedding. An essential package for any couple. This is beyond day-of coordination and includes the necessary finalization meetings for a flawless event. Our team will be there from set-up to beginning of dancing to smooth out any hiccups! Great for smaller weddings.

Begins 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. Includes lead coordinator on-site for the day and an assistant.

Consultations

Basically you can see this as a “sampler” of our services. Perfect for couples…

  • doing destination weddings

  • such a small wedding or small budget that a planner/coordination is out of budget but you want to make sure you’re on track

  • not sure what you need!

    $400 for a 2 hour session

Wedding Stationery (NEW!)

We now create custom day-of stationery!

Including:

  • seating chart (we really love oversized ones! Think 6-8ft tall…)

  • welcome signs (table top and large foam core)

  • custom menus

  • place cards

  • bar menu / signature drinks

  • table numbers (to make everything else, of course! and we have holders and frames to keep them standing too)

  • custom signs: in memory, hash tags, photo booth, favours, passed apps, etc.

  • directional signs (ceremony this way, dancing that a way, parking, etc.)

All planning packages include wedding management!

Available for travel outside of Canada

Please inquire within for pricing on our planning packages as it depends on several factors. Discounts may apply for weddings under 50 guests. Most of our clients book 8 months to 1 year in advance on average. Most popular dates (fall/summer Saturdays) get booked first. Inventory include card box, table numbers, large stands/easels, candles (tapers, pillars and tea lights), frames, cake knife/server, etc.
